'Yuk!!!! Look at that disgusting snail down there!!! It's leaving a horrible trail!!! Isn't it ugly?!!'                                                                                                              Always remember, snails and 'disgusting' creatures do have feelings too! How would you like it if some great big snail came up to you and started screaming? Well, for all you smarty pants out there who said 'but i'm not a little creature and snails don't have big enough brains to think any way' then say hello to Mr.Slime. He is a very cute little snail, with a very nice, cosy little house. His house address, if you would like to know, is No.1, brown snail close, back street. The reason he lives in back street is, because his home is on his back!       All snails have shells on their backs. When they get scared of huge mocking humans coming up to them, they slip inside their shells!      Slugs do not have shells, instead, they have the same, soft, squishy and moist body as snails, but they are usually a lot bigger. I remember going to france when I was 9. The wood was coverd with huge flouresent orange slugs. You had to watch your step! ( We saw quite a few squished ones). When I was younger I used to like snails, but not slugs. I used to say that slugs had pulled of their shells to scare us!
